Glitz and glamour of the stars

The star-studded Award ceremony of "Meril-Prothom Alo Award 2013" was held on 25 April at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC) in the capital. The stars presented in the award programme made the occasion brighter with their glitz and glamour. Let's have a look to the style of the stars for this grand evening.

Gorgeous Joya
Joya looked gorgeous in his Indian crepe silk with all over work of Swarovski stone and bordered with stone and cutwork embroidery stitch. Joya wore Amrapali jewelry.

Suited Shakib

Shakib Khan wore a quirky grey formal suit with a matched floral tie.

Traditional Apu Biswas

Apu wore a designer saree by designer Ramim Raz. 
Apu looked traditional in her off-white silk velvet and weightless georgette saree with golden cutwork lace border companied by a velvet high-neck blouse with black lace on it. Apu carried a hair-do and make up of Sixties.

Fresh Tisha

Tisha wore a white Vasavi saree with red striking border on it. She matched the saree with a golden batua bought from Aarong.

Lady in black

Moushumi wore a black floor length fushion dress with pearl design over it. 
Smart Mosharraf

Mosharraf Karim looked smart in his casual outfit. He wore a white printed shirt and jeans pant. 

Sweet in lace sarees

Ishita and Mithila wore lace sarees. They looked sweet in minimal makeup and kept their hair open.

Spick and span Kaniz Almas Khan

Kaniz Almus Khan looked spick and span in traditional Jamdani saree and emareld jwellery.

Elegant Rokeya Afzal Rahman

Rokeya wore Moslin saree with over all hand embroidery in it and she matched it with a necklace of turquoise stone and pearl.

Kabari in white and golden

Kabari wore a white and golden Aarong saree. She also wore golden bangles and long stone earrings.

Alamgir in Panjabi

Alamgir looked stunning in his simple single- coloured panjabi.

Banya in Rabindrian look

Rezwana Chowdhury Banya looked grand in her quilt-stitched saree. Jesmin flowers on her hair and small tip (dotted mark) on her forehead were the finaltouch of her her Rabindrian look.

Yellow bright Shampa Reza

Shampa Reza looked bright in her yellow jamdani matched with turquoise-coloured necklace and innovative tip (dotted mark) on her forehead.

Charming Diti

Diti looked charming in her white and pink saree and pearl necklace.

Pinkish Dinat Zahan

Dinat Zahan wore dark pink saree with floral design over it companied with jasmine flowers on her lock and several layers necklace.

Moushumi Hamid wore a blue and green combination gorgeous Vasavi saree. She wore matching jwellry and make up with it.

Singer Nancy came with a simple look. But her trendy red lipstick completed her look with black, red, pink and yellow combination kamiz.

Momo wore a magenta polka dotted saree and severel layers of jasmine flowers' garland on her hair.
